Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Orders that need to be changed or cancelled must be submitted to support@kelogsloops.com immediately. If an order has already been dispatched, no changes or cancellations are possible.
What sizes do prints come in? Sizes are listed in each product description - this denotes the entire print size including any borders.
What is a Timed Edition print? A Timed Edition print is available for a limited window, typically 72 hours. Once the edition closes, it is never restocked again.
Do you offer custom or commission work? Occasionally I have availability for commissions - please email hieu@kelogsloops.com to enquire. I'll do my best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I get a tattoo of your work? Of course! I'm genuinely flattered that people want my work on their bodies. You don't have to pay me for it, but I'd love your support if you bought a print or something from the shop.
Can I use your work to study or practice? Absolutely - I highly encourage students and aspiring artists to study the work of artists they admire. Please just refrain from selling or reproducing the work commercially.
What materials and medium do you use? I typically work on Cold Pressed Arches watercolour paper, Trekell brushes ( whatever is my fav) and Winsor Newton watercolours.
What is #brbchasingdreams? #brbchasingdreams is a little mantra I made for myself in 2014 during a time I found quite pivotal. In ways it was the beginning of my art journey. At the time I was still studying Physiotherapy with no real intentions of pursuing art — until I had this sudden urge to say to hell with it and commit everything I had to building a name as an artist alongside my studies. I made a deal with myself: if I could commit every spare moment to drawing and practising, and one day stand on my own two feet as an artist, then maybe I really did have something to prove. So I told my friend — "brb, chasing dreams."
It's a reminder to draw, learn and challenge myself every single day. A reminder to pause the noise and focus on what matters. A reminder that I'm still chasing that dream, with no intention of stopping. A lot has changed since 2014 — but #brbchasingdreams still means exactly what it did then. If anything, it means even more.

Do I need experience to attend? Not at all - workshops are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced painters.
What counts as valid concession for student pricing? Any valid student enrolment confirmation, concession card, pensioner card, or veteran card is accepted. Please email a copy to support@kelogsloops.com within 2 weeks of purchase to confirm your booking.
What's your cancellation and refund policy for workshops? If you're unable to attend, please contact support@kelogsloops.com as soon as possible. Out of respect for other students and the logistics involved, we ask for as much notice as possible.
